Our tball team is sponsored the David Glasser Foundation. Their mission is to help foster relationships between communities and police officers outside of normal law enforcement engagement.
Our tball team is coached by Officer Salas with the Phoenix Police Department. Officer Salas has served as a Police Officer in the Maryvale community for 10 years. He began as a Patrol Officer and is now a part of the the Police Activities League unit within PPD’s Community Engagement Bureau. Through PAL, he engages in various activities and events with Phoenix youth. Officer Salas has been a coach and Board Member with Holiday Park for 5 years and still serves as a mentor to players who have completed their LL careers and graduated high school.
