The XFactor program focuses on youth within the surrounding community of Laveen, where Officer Glasser worked. This program provides kids with an opportunity to participate on a competitive organized football team where they learn to work with others, enhance communication skills, and develop a camaraderie with individuals their own age as well as with the coaches of their teams.
